NEW BUILD GREEN WALL HOUSE
BROCKLEY, LONDON
Wellstudio's new build four bedroom house in Brockley, South East London, which we have taken on at Technical Design Stage (RIBA Stage 4) exemplifies sustainable residential design. We have been appointed to carrying out technical design & delivery of the house on site with planning permission obtained by Red Squirrel Architects,
Since taking on the project we have updated the planning stage design to incorporate a basement level, detailed the timber frame construction, & developed sustainable features and those enhance biodiversity such as the curved green wall to a technical level of detail. Construction is now taking place on site and we are excited about delivering it and believe it to be at the cutting edge of sustainable design.
Part of our technical design stage work has been integrating renewable energy systems that further enhance its sustainability credentials such as an air source heat pump, battery storage and photovoltaic panels.
