About WELLSTUDIO
WELLSTUDIO Ethos

We create spaces that
help you connect with friends and family.

We create spaces that help you recharge
both mentally and
physically.
We create spaces that help you live sustainably.
We are a practice based in Elephant & Castle, London, who create architecture with wellbeing at its heart. We create spaces which are light, airy, peaceful and comfortable to be in with an emphasis on nature and human connection.
With each project, regardless of size, we work closely with you to develop a well defined brief.
We then lead you by the hand through the design,
planning and construction processes to deliver a high-quality product which meets your needs. We have a good knowledge of London’s local planning authorities and a very strong record of obtaining planning permission for our clients.
Our approach works for small and large projects alike - from designing & extending homes to create spaces for family togetherness, to developing larger scale coliving spaces which thrive.
We work closely with a range of consultants from structural engineers to construction cost experts, from environmental specialists to tried and tested contractors, enabling us to bring their expertise to bear when delivering the best project outcomes for you.
WELLSTUDIO Charity Concert
We support Shelter, the charity which is working to combat the housing crisis and end homelessness in the U.K. Each year we host a charity concert which brings people together through music to raise money for Shelter. Last year over 100 people attended and we raised over £1400 .
