WELLBEING ROOF EXTENSION & HOUSE RENOVATION

At Coopers Lane in Grove Park, South East London, Wellstudio designed a large roof extension and loft conversion which added another floor to the house, as well as a new kitchen/dining area to the home of a young but growing family.
The new roof extension and loft conversion added two new bedrooms, a family bathroom and new home working space to the house all maximised for natural light and wellbeing.
The ground floor kitchen dining areas which was previously divided were linked together, a large new kitchen with island installed, ceiling heights raised, new flooring laid and a new connection created between the hallway and this area, meaning that for the first time upon entering the house one has views right to the way through the new space out to the beautiful garden.
The project was completed on time and budget and to a high level of client satisfaction.
